150 grams grated cabbage
50 grams chopped green beans
1 finely chopped onion
20 grams spring onion
1 large grated carrot
1 ½ tbsp butter
200 grams all purpose flour (maida)
Salt to taste
½ tsp oil
1 ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste
¼ tsp black pepper powder

    it’s nice to see an indian making tibetan dish.
    it tastes best when steamed raw as the onion tates best when steamed plus
    the water from cabbage is also retained making it more juicy. pepper is
    really optional however, vegetables such as long beans, french beans and
    spinach should be avoided as they often tend to over power the taste and
    aroma of this devine dish, almost beating onions- which is not desired!
    The technique you showed is quite impressive! lil different but almost
    similar result!
